MPMC Powertech Corp. was established on 8 August 2008 and is headquartered in Pudong, Shanghai. It was the first Chinese diesel generator set manufacturer listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), and over seventeen years it has grown into a multi-subsidiary group with manufacturing, R&D and commercial operations in China and overseas, including MPMC Energy America in the USA and MPMC HK in Hong Kong. Three Specialised Manufacturing Bases

MPMC Powertech Jiangsu in Haimen is a 22,000 m² smart factory with a CNAS-accredited testing centre for high-end customised, Euro V emission, cold chain, municipal rental and mining-specific generator sets. Agen Powerclub in Fuan, a 10,000 m² ISO 9001:2015 and CE certified plant, produces standardised generator sets with domestic and sino-foreign joint venture engine brands. MPMC Energy Tech in Yangzhong, launched in January 2025 with a 19,000 m² workshop and 3,300 m² R&D centre, builds containerised gensets, battery storage and hybrid systems.
